Not nice. Staff make no effort to engage. Food horrendous. Waste of money.
Staff just stand in their kitchen doorway on phones.
Food not at all worth price.
Chucked the sandwich out

Terrible. I strongly suggest replacing the cashier who was working today, October 8th, at 8:30 p.m. Rude and disrespectful. I asked her for help placing my order because a water option wasn’t showing up, and she answered me in a very unpleasant way. Honestly, after 15 hours of flights, being treated like that made me decide to go to another restaurant instead. Ma’am, you’d better find another job!

Great marketing, disgusting food! Worst chicken sandwich in my life. Don’t get sucked in when you walk by. 🤮
Ladies working here are rude and not helpful. Menu says the sandwich is served with chips but then charges you for the chips. I would not recommend this place.

Ordered a sandwich to go, $20 for a turkey with lettuce, tomato and avocado. Chips are nearly $4, but it’s the airport. What are you gonna do?
Order was placed via touchscreen and was easy to complete. Sandwich was made quickly and order was accurate. Sandwich held up well through the boarding process and once onboard was thoroughly enjoyed.
Recently came across this place while traveling in LAX. I saw they proudly put up a sign for special sandwich called “Bahn Mi”. I had to do a double take and took a pic of the sign to make sure I’m not hallucinating bc I didn’t realize the marketing of this place failed to check the spelling of the food that they are serving. It’s a Viet sandwich called Banh Mi not Bahn Mi. This restaurant is located in LAX out of all the places. If it was located in Ohio I would understand but come one guys…
I didn’t have food here so not sure how’s the food quality.
Slooooow. Weird to setup shop in an airport and offer services this slow. Prices are kinda crazy high also for a sandwich. Some dining tables and chairs nearby.
People are complaining about the price which I understand but the portion size is perfect. This is where I think most of America has it wrong. Everywhere else the portions are just ridiculous and too big. This is one thing that you can learn from the Europeans.
Only place I could find that had anything reasonable for less than $20 and no horrendously long lines.
Food was decent, got a sandwhich and chips for $19.50. Food came out in around 5 minutes. No long wait.
They have self-service kiosks for ordering.

Why the bad reviews? Good sandwiches a little expensive but good airport bite to have before a long flight and is fresh, filling. And tasty. I like it a lot.
Laziest hispanic employee $17 paying for sandwich and chip combo this employee told customers we dont have chips when in fact there is a pile of jalapeno chips and bbq chips right on the display counter Michael Voltaggio if you are reading this get your lazy employees switched out at LAX here is your lazy employee in all black with visor hat, denim and black shirt 3 sizes too small with her big lazy attitude

The sandwich was delicious. It took quite awhile to receive it and I was glad I gave myself enough time before my flight.
