Insomnia Cookies

I ordered online 1/10 and the Uber driver delivered to the wrong address. I called and spoke to the store manager and she offered to deliver the cookies within 1.5hrs. It never came. I called back 2hrs later and my cookies were still at the store & the young lady over the phone said they would be on their way now. After 5hrs cookies were never delivered. I called the next day 1/11 and the gentleman over the phone said it could only be delivered yesterday and not today, but I let him know they were never delivered yesterday after being advised they would. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and that’s not how you treat a loyal customer. Dont offer a service and not deliver.

I think they took a bite out of my cookie. $10 for this. Heads up, they don't let you walk inside the village past 10. Then you order online, and they bring you a half bitten cookie. She did this on purpose ima go to subway next time :,(

So many of the workers are terribly rude and will not give you the discounts they display. The cookies are dog crap when it’s not the limited edition and half the time they run out of the good stuff. This place was once a fave and now makes my blood boil.

Don't come here if you want a real bakery experience. They made us wait behind a troll bridge like gate with a rent a cop behind it telling us we had to have him as the mid way to get out cookies. Way too much trouble for some mid cookie experience.

Sat outside in the square to eat delicious, healthy option food. Great to see the freshers being helpfully assimilated by USC staff and students

I got two of them. The chocolate chunk was better than the pumpkin one, but both were too sweet for me.
I have gotten heartburn two hours after having half of each. My friend also experienced the same.

Edit: (Mid-July) adjusting my review down because after attempting another delivery. The person left my cookies outside and on the ground. The service is inconsistent, so just be aware.

The delivery was super fast, and they gifted me an extra cookie. Haven't been feeling the best so I'm extremely grateful. Perfect late night treat.
