Favorite place for gluten free/vegan chocolate chip cookies

I just went there to buy the M3gan Slay cookies for the movie. Arriving in store, the cashier welcomed me with a bright smile. I saw the M3gan box on the counter and asked her about it and going there because of the cookies, obviously I bought them. She asked me if I was a fan of the movie, which indeed I am. Then she offered me FOR FREE the movie poster which was in a fantabulous shape AND ON TOP OF THAT also a FREE M3gan Tshirt.
I will tell you, Mary, who also is the manager, made my entire day and I enjoyed the movie much more than I could ever imagine!! Thank you for being so kind, generous and brightful!!
PS: The M3gan Slay cookies tasted INCREDIBLE amazing. They fell apart while eating, which was too much to handle, cuz it made the taste even crazier.

Staff is very rude if you don’t like your job don’t work here it makes kids and parents feel uncomfortable. I don’t like that when I come the chubby women always gets upset cus I haven’t made my mind on what I want . Out of respect to my children I don’t tell her anything .

My favourite experience with insomnia is when people give it out when you download their apps on the street. Like yes, please, give me more for free. I always buy these cookies for my friends’ birthdays though :)

The location is inside of the campus, if you go past 10pm they won’t let you in unless you have a student ID. We were told to call but never got past the automated system to even order. Ended up leaving out of inconvenience. So just know if you want to go past 10pm you won’t be able to physically go in.

I ordered online 1/10 and the Uber driver delivered to the wrong address. I called and spoke to the store manager and she offered to deliver the cookies within 1.5hrs. It never came. I called back 2hrs later and my cookies were still at the store & the young lady over the phone said they would be on their way now. After 5hrs cookies were never delivered. I called the next day 1/11 and the gentleman over the phone said it could only be delivered yesterday and not today, but I let him know they were never delivered yesterday after being advised they would. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and that’s not how you treat a loyal customer. Dont offer a service and not deliver.

I think they took a bite out of my cookie. $10 for this. Heads up, they don't let you walk inside the village past 10. Then you order online, and they bring you a half bitten cookie. She did this on purpose ima go to subway next time :,(

So many of the workers are terribly rude and will not give you the discounts they display. The cookies are dog crap when it’s not the limited edition and half the time they run out of the good stuff. This place was once a fave and now makes my blood boil.
