The official website said anyone with costume will get a free cookie. I came dressed in yoshi hat, shell, and green clothing but the staff there said I needed full costume. However, the model from the official website also doesn't wear full costume nor it says anywhere that it needs to be full costume. This is FALSE and MISLEADING advertisement at its best.
Update: Manager called and offered a free cookie for me and apologized. Good enough customer service.

a tweaker came in the store extremely frantic claiming someone was trying to hurt him. me and a group my young girl friends were confused and scared when he started yelling to call an ambulance, he was drenched in sweat and clearly on drugs or had some mental problems. the 3 male workers fled to the back kitchen and told us we weren’t allowed back there when we also tried to retreat. we resorted to locking our selves in the tiny bathroom while the tweaker was violently banging on the door. stuck there for 20 minutes and the workers tried to kick us out when we were scared hiding in the bathroom after the didn’t tell us the crazy man left. we called the police and they sorted it out, but genuinely shocked at the insomnia cookies workers attitude, actions, and more.

The cookies are good. They aren’t too sweet. The chewy to crunchy ratio is on point. It is waaaay better than the hyped cookies brand. However, it is a bit pricey for cookies. I would only get them when I’m desperate for cookies at night
