Cookies and service are amazing. The main issues are that there is no place to sit or even stand to enjoy your treats. My second concern is the homeless encounters. Be mindful of your surroundings.

The official website said anyone with costume will get a free cookie. I came dressed in yoshi hat, shell, and green clothing but the staff there said I needed full costume. However, the model from the official website also doesn't wear full costume nor it says anywhere that it needs to be full costume. This is FALSE and MISLEADING advertisement at its best.
Update: Manager called and offered a free cookie for me and apologized. Good enough customer service.

The cookies are good. They aren’t too sweet. The chewy to crunchy ratio is on point. It is waaaay better than the hyped cookies brand. However, it is a bit pricey for cookies. I would only get them when I’m desperate for cookies at night
