I don’t know why this place exists.
My wife told me a lot about this place, I was so excited, so we are here… First red flag, Thursday 7pm empty place 🫤. I love Thai food, and was in many places. I open menu, skip everything usual stuff like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and so on.. we need Special $30 hot pot. Ok. Let’s try it. It looks interesting, clay pot on coals, very authentic. And that’s it. So we put bunch of noodles, and some veggies and couple tiny mushrooms and beef inside. Everything looks good. But. For 30$ pot it’s Very Very small portions. Beef I can’t eat it was so tough that I can’t chew it, and all throw away. Usually we talk why we eat, and enjoy the food, tell each other try try this is so good, but not in this case. With this pod comes small cup, to put soup there, so we got 2 of them for both of us, and sou was finished, and we still was hungry. So I think the cost of this pot is barely 2-3$. Cheap beef, 2-3 flowers of cabbage, few mushrooms, and small bunch of glass noodles. So we finished soup, there was many liquid left over, so we cannot drink it without ingredients. And tough beef, makes me feel scammed. I open reviews and saw that they add 18% tips without notice, I said I’ll not pay not even $1 for this. “How was your food, is everything ok?” You never heard in this place. They just want your money, and they even don’t care about food quality. See my photo it explains everything.
Our dinner was ruined, we go out in very bad mood after this place. Everything started annoying me in that moment, creepy chairs, tablecloth, everything looks dirty to me. I totally didn’t understood this vibe there. But I understand now why this place was empty! I’ll never want to visit this place again. I know places, that is looks worse that this place, but food is amazing. If owners want to survive in this city, you better start make changes, and pay tax and accept cards payments! In photo beef that I can’t chew! Bon appetite!

We came here on a Saturday night with a group of friends. I’ve heard good things about this place and was excited to finally try it. It was a huge disappointment.
Our first dish, Tom Yum Soup, arrived very quickly, but we soon discovered a hair in it. Shortly after, as the ice in our water melted, my boyfriend found a rusty nail with a bracket in his cup. Wow the hair was already something but this rusty nail…unbelievable!
There was only one lady serving the entire restaurant. She wasn’t very attentive, she’d just bring a dish to our table and quickly disappear. It took us a while to get her to come check out the hair and the nail. When she saw them, she just said “sorry i’ll bring you a new one.” She didn’t even sound remotely apologetic or shocked about the nail.
The food was very average. At the end our bill still included tips and she never mentioned the hair and nail again even as we were paying. No shame.
There are better Thai places in LA, especially ones without surprise ingredients.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and had a very disappointing experience. First of all, they only accept cash, which is highly unusual and raises serious concerns about potential tax evasion. In today’s world, not accepting cards or mobile payments is a huge red flag.
To make things worse, when I got the bill, I noticed they had automatically added an 18% tip without asking or informing me in advance. This kind of practice is misleading and unacceptable, especially when it’s not clearly stated upfront.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you decide to go — and bring cash, apparently.

This place is shady AF, cash Venmo Zelle only. They add service charge to your check even for two people and don’t inform you expecting you to pay 18% tips on top of service charge and tax…..food and services was just about average nothing spectacular definitely not coming back. Oh valet parking only, $5…
