It’s Boba Time- Los Feliz

Honestly just terrible. My partner came in to grab 3 drinks for us. Once the order was ready, they didn’t have it bagged up like all of the previous customers.. How is he supposed to carry 3 drinks without a tray or bag? Then miraculously on the ride home two of the drinks spilled all over inside the bag because they weren’t sealed all the way. Doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me… Terrible service!

Similar to what most reviews say, they take longer than 20 mins to make one smoothie tea??????????????????? That doesn't include the attitude and how nasty their establishment is, LA County has to get involved.

If you like Boba Time go to the one in Glendale or Hollywood. Avoid this one

My son and I often come here. The staff is always friendly, they work quickly. I like this place. We love strawberry milkshake with mango bombs.

Huge selection. Prices are ok.
Asked if they had unsweetened tea. Was told they could make it unsweetened. Got home, and it was surgery.

I was assisted by Veronica M. 2908 west los Feliz Blvd. Los Angeles ca. 90039. I went for 3 drinks and she treated me very racist because I didn't speak English. She is not American. I don't know if it was Korean or Filipino. I told her the number of my drink and she ignored me. I told her that it was number 10 in English and she continued ignoring me. In the end, annoyed, I take the order. And when I handed my drinks to my husband, she was very upset and gave me the straws that were almost thrown away. My 5 year old was happy because his drink was ready and she gave my little boy an angry look. It was there that I decided to get up from my chair and leave with my son and my husband took the order. And she laughed sarcastically. I couldn't have my drink because what happened bothered me a lot, because I work a lot and pay taxes and I get to buy with my own money and not ask anyone for a gift. I have a business where the majority of Latin people come and some who do not speak English or Spanish, but even with signs I communicate with them and try to understand them.

15 mins to make 2 coffee drinks with nothing special not even boba? Slow and lazy employees besides 1 person
