Me and the kid I babysit come here twice a week and we both love it! There are a couple things that are awesome like how it was a bathroom and has free water but some things that aren't so great are that a couple times they have gotten the strawberry banana smoothie wrong which is what the kid I baby sit gets. So then we have to ask them to fix it which they do but still it's kind of annoying. The staff are okay, there are a couple people who are really nice there though. Most of the time they make your item quickly. It is somewhat clean, they do a better job at cleaning here then at any other It's boba time but for a public place they could do a little bit better. I don't really have anything negative or positive to say about this location. I have ordered drinks here a few times both in person and over apps (buying in person is cheaper than ordering pick up though). When I order in person, the cashier takes my order and that's about it. There isn't much more to our interaction than that but I've noticed on multiple visits that the staff does tend to socialize up front a lot, sometimes at the expense of providing quicker service. When ordering for pick up, my drinks are usually ready when I arrive. Nothing to complain or praise here. This location does have a tiny lot behind it with 3 spaces. It's a tight fit and I usually prefer to park in front by the meter or around the corner in the residential area. This location is pretty standard as far a Boba Time locations go EXCEPT they don't serve food--No popcorn chicken. Bummer.

This location was one of the worst chains I have been to. They had one person register and two people making the drinks. I placed my order, and it took twenty or more minutes to make one drink. There were two people ahead of me, and the wait time was ridiculous. To make it worse, when I received my drink, they didn't top it off. I have never seen such a horrible service in my life. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Save yourself some time and go to the one in Glendale or Little Tokyo. At least it won't take a lifetime for one drink.

I love coming to this location. The workers are super friendly, especially Callista, Kim, and Oscar. Oscar always gives me great recommendations when I want to try something new, like the Galaxy Tea. Kim is talkative and has great customer service, she always makes me feel welcome. Callista always greets me with a smile, and makes me feel appreciated as a regular. Definitely recommend coming here for great people and great drinks !!

When into this Boba time to get my Thai tea. That I normally get with regular milk. But Oscar told me there was substitute that wouldn't upset my stomach. 10/10 service , he really knows his stuff ,highly recommend, will be back again!!!!

I have tried several different drinks, and they are consistently good. I am going to keep visiting this place. If I may complain one thing....it's hard to get to the left turning lane from their parking. I have to turn right to get out, turn right again at the light, u-turn, and go straight to get to Panda Express.
