I ordered a Taro milk tea with no Boba. What happens, girl fixing my drink looks dead at me and adds boba. I accepted the drink as I was on my 15 break. Double pared in that small parking lot. I tired of people not listening and thinking it’s funny to screw up peoples order when they have limited time. I thought not to waste my time arguing over an incorrect drink order. So, I decided to write. Next time pay attention. You don’t know if I’m allergic to boba (licorice) or not. Pay attention.

If I could grade this place 0 I would. This is the 3rd time I ordered large hot Taro Milk tea with boba, I got home and no BOBA, I am not driving back . I’m really upset. Tried calling so they can be aware of this…….no answer.

Went in today and Jay helped us out. He was absolutely the best. Very nice. My daughter dropped my drink and he immediately told me not to worry about it and got me a new one.

Never try this place before but it was introduced to me by someone I took a chance on it and I really enjoyed it especially the different flavors and everything else it's really good once you give it a try again Thank you Charlie

I was here with my girlfriend last week and a guy came in asking for water and instead of the employees giving him water the started shoving him and tazering for no apparent reason and the crazy thing was they didn't stop once they pushed him out of the store they kept punching him and tazeringjim down the sidewalk amd into the street. It was crazy and the poor guy just wanted water.

Yes the employees have anger issues here I saw a man who was obviously sweating very bad and dehydrated ask for water and 2 of the employees started beating up the man and tazing the man not only inside the restaurant but all.the way down the sidewalk and into.the street they were trying to hurt this man and all he wanted was water. I will never go here again because I can't stand bullies like that. That man should sue boba time and own the whole chain after being treated with such disrespect.
