Got a dubai chocolate shake and it was great. One of the owners，I believe her name was Jo, was working the register and asked us after ordering if we wanted a free Thai Tea with boba as they had extra at closing time they would have otherwise discarded so we got extra tea with our order and the dubai chocolate shake was really good with a thick shell of chocolate on top.

This isn't even about the boba Ive been to boba time at other locations but genuinely it seems like the employees hate their job and I get it I hate my job to but the energy is just so bad everytime I've gone here it's like me just even being there is an inconvenience. It's a job why are we so negative you getting your bread let me get my drink with neutral energy at least I'm not asking to throw a parade for me but just take the order without being so negative about the ordeal

They unfortunately got our order wrong twice: first at the register and then they completely forgot to put boba in our drinks. When we asked, they said they’d either A) have to pour out some of our drink to add it themselves or B) they could give it to us on the side to add ourselves.
The boba is what you’d expect from this type of chain. Just fine. No customization options. In the tall size, 1/3 of the cup is just large pieces of ice. At least the boba is chewy. Service is really slow.
A solid boba tea spot in dtla. Lots of variations, flavors and other food items.
I ordered a boba milk tea in one of their larger sizes. It was delicious, lots of boba and it was pretty filling for a drink. Lots of added options and their strawberry matcha is delicious too along with their other flavors.
I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items.

There was this super nice male staff. Think he had long brown hair. He was one of the two guys there and confirmed my order multiple times even though it was a bit complicated and he reassured me it was no big deal. Asked me if the packaging was ok and just overall great performance!! Also the drink was super good.

Ordered thru the app for the first time. I didn’t get my 20% off my first order. Also the 2 tiger sugar milk drinks taste like straight milk. The only drink that came out good was the strawberry slush with strawberry popping jelly.
