I came to buy a boba but I realized that the employee works handling drinks and food with such big nails that I don't know why they allow her to work like that, how many bacteria she has on those nails and she doesn't even use gloves.

Several people have the same experience here regarding the boba smoothies and shakes. Sometimes the bobas are good, but other times they taste watered down and flavorless. Hence 3/5 rating. I suggest the owner checks in on the workers to ensure they all follow recipes and provide quality items to customers. Otherwise it's unfair to the customer to spend their money on flavorless boba when they can get the same for free, water. Hence, annoyed and possibly non-repeat customers.

The service isn't friendly. Sometimes the place it's very crowded & the worse is they DO NOT let you use the restroom. They DO NOT CARE about people necessities, even if you are a pregnant women. ?

So dumb that they won’t take a 50 dollar bill when the total is 30 dollars so you telling me that if my total was 59 dollars you wouldn’t take the bill so stupid need to train staff better on how to read bills so that people can actually buy things

After years of coming here, I won’t be returning. Not only did they want to charge me $2 for a cup of water but my peach mango smoothie was sour and unsatisfying. Do yourself a favor, go a little further up the street and get yogurt land which offers free water and a better treat. Sad to see this place go downhill.
