Several people have the same experience here regarding the boba smoothies and shakes. Sometimes the bobas are good, but other times they taste watered down and flavorless. Hence 3/5 rating. I suggest the owner checks in on the workers to ensure they all follow recipes and provide quality items to customers. Otherwise it's unfair to the customer to spend their money on flavorless boba when they can get the same for free, water. Hence, annoyed and possibly non-repeat customers.
The service isn't friendly. Sometimes the place it's very crowded & the worse is they DO NOT let you use the restroom. They DO NOT CARE about people necessities, even if you are a pregnant women. ?
I feel welcomed every time I come to this ‘It’s Boba Time store’. I’m always greeted by that friendly staff as soon as I come in. They make The Best Thai Tea Boba Smoothie. I tried Thai Tea Boba Smoothie from other Boba places, but nothing comes close to the way it’s made at ‘It’s Boba Time’ found at Melrose and Vermont.
