Genuinely some of the most laziest and slowest workers I’ve ever seen. I remember this one time I asked one of the workers for a lid because I dropped the lid for my boba. He had no idea what a lid was and had to go to the back to ask another co worker to get me a lid. Additionally; quite often you’ll be waiting 15-25+ minutes for a simple order. And today; I ordered from there through uber eats; i ordered brown sugar, and I received straight milk and boba. I could’ve made this at home.

I came here Saturday morning after my grocery run. I usually DoorDash the PB açaí bowl because I’m obsessed, but since I was already out, I figured I’d save the fee and just grab it myself. I showed up at 11:01am, basically right when they opened, and asked for an açaí bowl. The guy told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes. Like, what? That makes no sense. Shouldn’t they be prepped before opening?
I didn’t bother waiting. I just drove to the Boba spot on Olympic and got my bowl without any issue.
Then today, my husband went to get us some PB bowls from this same spot, and again they told him it’d be a 30 minute wait. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’m used to waiting maybe 5 to 10 minutes max, which is normal. But 30? That’s a huge inconvenience, especially when I live just three blocks away.
I really want to love this location since it’s so close, but I end up driving further or using DoorDash because they just don’t seem to have it together. Super disappointing.

I requested for thai tea smoothie. Instead, they brought me iced Thai tea. What makes me ticked was When I told the guy the order is wrong, he gave me an annoyed look and just went to the back without a respond. I decided to leave instead. Dont want to take any chances with potential spit on my new drink replacement. My receipt literally said smoothie. Asking for less sugar seems to be too much also for both drinks I ordered, because clearly both drinks was very sweet. Never coming to this location anymore.

My drinks barely have any flavor to them. They mostly consist of ice. I asked for a large tiger sugar boba, barely contained any of the actual tiger sugar part and was mostly ice. I had to ask for them to properly make my drink. This happened twice.
