My drinks barely have any flavor to them. They mostly consist of ice. I asked for a large tiger sugar boba, barely contained any of the actual tiger sugar part and was mostly ice. I had to ask for them to properly make my drink. This happened twice.

I’m really glad I found this place because I love boba tea, and seeing grape on the menu was such a nice surprise! They have so many options, it’s hard to choose just one. I usually go for their milk tea — they have everything from classic black tea to fun flavors like pistachio, matcha, and even Oreo matcha! If you like trying new things, this menu is perfect.

Their fruit teas are also really refreshing, like the lychee or mango, which are great when I want something light. And if I’m in the mood for a treat, their ā€œFrosty Milkā€ drinks with boba, caramel, or coffee jelly are amazing.

The only small thing is that the inside could feel a bit more cozy. I’m not sure if it’s the design or colors, but it’s just something I noticed. However, it’s a minor detail because the drinks are so good!

Overall, I always leave happy because there’s such a great variety of drinks, and there’s always something new to try!

Boba Time in Koreatown is a must-visit for boba lovers! Their drinks are consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened. With a huge variety of flavors and toppings, there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. Great spot to satisfy your boba cravings!

I love boba time! This place is right in the heart of Koreatown and a great place to sit and chat with friends. At least, it was before they made their parking lot Valet only. Today I wanted to just order and go during my lunch but upon arrival the valet guy said it was all valet only. I know the company doesn’t make the choice but it will make it harder for people to go now.

When I tell you this place has come a LONG way! They are teamwork personified. Nat and Gloria gave an excellent customer service experience. Coming from a management position at Bath and Body Works, we know that the customer experience is tantamount to that first impression. Our drinks were made to perfection and our pastries were fantastic! Great music, welcoming ambiance. I will definitely be returning regularly.

Kid-friendliness: There’s plenty of room for strollers comfortably and wheelchair accessible.

Swung by with my son to buy boba and was told I had to pay $20valet. I asked if I could remain in my vehicle and have my son run in and purchase the drinks, but was told it was required I pay the $20 fee.
