I believe I've been to their Irvine location before, but this was my first time at this (newly opened) location. There were only two workers and when me and my two friends got there, the store was relatively empty. The dude that was taking the orders seemed exasperated and just exhausted in general, but I've worked in the food industry before and I know how taxing late-night shifts can be, so giving him some grace for that. He still took our orders and got them out...

You get very little bobba for about $7 dollars. They automatically add sugar so if you don't want it too sweet, ask!! My first time here and luckily the manager was there and she added some more boba to my drink free of charge. She was nice but won't be coming here again or paying $7 for such little boba. I get more boba at other places. The taste was decent.
