Absolutely horrific experience, will never be back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the food industry. Refused to sell me a side of mango jelly when every other store has no problem doing so, the attendant/manager were both extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention wildly unhelpful. And on top of all that, they make me get a large size drink rather than a regular (also unprecedented) due to having two bobas in there? And then leave an inch of space on top of each of the large drinks they made me order, filling up maybe 80% of the cup. What a complete joke this location is, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

There are very many options and all look equally delicious. The shaved ice was great so was the milk slushy. The content is significantly higher, so plan on your appetite.Service is not the best. They don't announce that your order is ready even if it is crowded. Half the shaved ice was melted by the time we realized our order was ready.

First time at It's Boba Time and I loved it. Great place for Boba and hanging out with friends. Great music while waiting for your drinks too. It gives off a great club vibe at night and everyone is super fast and sweet. They were always very informative about the options in milk while I was with my friends who needed it. They also recommend their favorite drinks too! But more importantly the Boba! They give you so much in a cup it's perfect. There wasn't a sip I was not chewing on some yummy Boba. They have so many flavors and great pairings. They also have smoothies, macaroons, and cake. The macaroons was big and a great size for the price. They deliver and it is SUPER FAST! So I recommend if you need a quick fix of Boba order and if you don't mind waiting come in and enjoy yourself for a great date or hang out with friends.

I like Bobatime, but it was so crowded for such a small store and my order was messed up. Also I found out after driving away my cup was broken with my drink leaking out. I was sad and wish I could get my money back or at least a new drink.Parking: You need to wait for a spot to open.

They had a staff meeting yet I was able to place an order online with a scheduled time. Plan accordingly. I tried speaking and the person in charge made a rude remark. I will call my bank and dispute the transaction. Simple communication.

I ordered for NO BOBA and NO ICE, but i got both boba and ice, despite having the server, Faresx F, confirm the order. The tiramisu foam milk tea, overall, tastes okay, but i didn't have a good experience with ordering.
My favorite boba. I go everytime I visit LA. The prices are super reasonable compared to other boba places, there's a ton of unique options, and they're all tasty.

The worst fukn location EVER! Douche bag with the curly pony tail making the drinks said no to every request to add a scoop of ice cream to my Large Thai tea. And no I did not want the float cus that’s a small and I finish it it two sips! Never heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE? Simpleton! Cashier was clueless and said yea idk ??♂️
