My drink had a hair in it and the server with long braids was rude

Customer service was great. Location was pretty busy. It was hard to find parking. Not sure if they have parking. That was the only downside. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

I will admit and own up that I made a mistake thru the app ordering the wrong item. When the app gave me the option to call the store, I did to see if they would be able to correct my drink. I called 3 or 4 times and every single time someone would pick up and say "thank you for calling boba time, ok thanks bye" and hang up on me. I tried 2 more times after those 3 or 4 times they rudely picked up and hung up only to hear the voice-mail message. By the time I got thru, the guy was clueless, and then said "okay so what is it". I don't know if they were trying to be funny while bored at work but it was super unprofessional.

the service here is atrocious we ordered with a rude latina that she looks like she hates her life and she messed up a simple order of plain almond milk with matcha,she gave me a dirty look for no reason I don't know her,I really hope the management do something about this real soon.

Though parking is tough, I do love that there is a Boba time here in Little Tokyo. I have to commend this chain for being consistent in making their drinks for the most part. We've ordered here countless times and the ratio of the drinks usually come out pretty delicious. I like getting the Jasmine Iced Tea with boba normally as a refresher, otherwise I go for a Matcha Jasmine Milk tea and the proportion of matcha to the milk tea is nearly perfect. The boba is usually fresh, and if not, there's still flavor and texture to it which is a nice surprise.

I stopped going to this location because people there hate their job. I never got the cashier's name. He has messy black hair with a blonde strip of hair on top, It's confusing, but he's rude, and I've been seeing him more often now.

Horrible experience. I picked up a delivery last week and it took me waving with my hands to get the attention of some punk kid who had ear pods on singing a song. Then when I got his half-asleep attention he was bothered because I had disturbed his moment. Another guy who got my drinks seemed to have an attitude as well and told me to sign for the drinks which I barely understood. A place of nitwits here so I blame the person who's doing the hiring and I would fire that person along with these fools. I'll go back again I'm sure to do pickups and I'll write my reviews accordingly until the problem is fixed.
