Always good boba and well trained employees

This place seriously needs new management or new training. I have tried to give this location a few chances but never again. Each drink has always tasted so awful. This location does not hold the same quality as other BT locations.

Been here twice and was disappointed both times. Cakes tasted old and drinks arent very good. Not a very good chain in general.

Work ordered boba tea for the office. There were not enough boba-caliber straws for the number of drinks. I had a tiny straw, and it could not pull the boba through the straw. I practically gave myself an aneurysm trying, though. I then removed the plastic cover from the cup to drink it like some kind of caveman. This led to the boba lurching forward like a rockslide, spilling the drink all over my favorite work shirt. A $10 boba becomes a liability without the right straw. The drink tasted fine. I actually wrung sone of it out of my shirt.

Sunright was closed so my friend and I decided to try this place out last night. Learn how to greet people when they walk in and as for the drinks… trash!!!
2 Oreo bobas that were absolute GARBAGE ..tasted like somebody put some sand in some soy milk with a little bit of ass and a whole lot of bullshit

This place is a joke, honestly so sad that this storefront is being wasted in Little Tokyo. The workers are incredibly rude and the store is messy and dirty. No one greeted us when we walked in, it felt like our business wasn’t wanted, and even when we said Thank you for the drinks they just turned our backs to us and ignored us. The boba tasted horrible and was the worst $8 I’ve ever spent. It was like someone dipped their sandy toes into some watered down old chocolate milk. And the boba was mid too. I only went here because Sunright was closed. But this place is the one that should be closed!

My drink had a hair in it and the server with long braids was rude

Customer service was great. Location was pretty busy. It was hard to find parking. Not sure if they have parking. That was the only downside. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
