Pretty good dim sum, but the service can be really slow. I walked in to place a take out order for two people, and ended up waiting almost an hour for my food. There was no where to sit so I just had to stand there the whole time. Now I pretty much only get this place delivered because I don't want to stand in a restaurant for a whole hour waiting again.

This place has the best pineapple polo bao in the world! The other items are also must-tries. The price is reasonable. The owner is really nice. Well worth the drive and effort to find parking 😊

This is my quick go to neighborhood spot. I wish they had salads and soups, though. I got the bento box for the first time and it was pretty filling. I have enough for the next day! We also ordered fried shrimp balls with corn and shrimp with scallion dumplings. Yum 🤤

I think we may have gotten the wrong order. The food was stale and cold (in a microwaved way) and the lunch box tasted oilier and drier rather than flavorful. Egg custard buns were a let down and didn’t taste very good. Prices are cheap for California, but food was definitely not as good as reviews are saying. If you want something cheap and filling this spot is fine

Finally getting around to writing a review after ordering from here 5+ times. This place is outstanding. Consistently delicious food that comes piping hot like it’s fresh out of the steamer. I moved from the SGV where the dim sum is top tier and ixlb is some of the best I’ve had. I always buy the 3oz chili oil to eat throughout the week because it’s that good.
