What Jack in the Box is today is not what it used to be, what it was years ago, because the items my son bought are in the pigsty, with chips and soda, and everything for $15 is really expensive.
As you can see in the photo, the pieces are so small, well, they are very expensive. People here buy them just out of habit, but you can say that they are quality, they are not garbage.
I have a finger bigger than a piece of chicken, imagine.

When I ordered at the drive-thru, there were four cars ahead of me waiting to receive their food. It took about five minutes to serve each car, so I had to wait for about 20 minutes.

I’ve ordered from many drive-thrus before, but I’ve never seen one this slow. Waiting 20 minutes just to pick up a hamburger is ridiculous. I will never come here again.

I recently visited this location (2921 s Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA) drive-thru on 3/14/2025 at around 11:30 pm and had a highly disappointing experience due to the unprofessional conduct of a manager-Mario.

After placing my order, the manager -Mario who took it was noticeably rude. When I arrived at the window, he walked away and closed the window. When he finally returned and opened the window, I firmly pointed out that his behavior was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern as a manager, he immediately closed the window and canceled my order without explanation.

I remained in my car for about 10-15 minutes, hoping Mario would return to resolve the situation, but he never did. Instead, a security guard named Antonio approached and profesionally asked what was going on.

I explained the situation to him, and he then called the manager over. When the manager spoke to him, he claimed that since I said he was rude, he had the right to refuse me service.

When the manager-Mario finished speaking, I pointed out to Antonio that this was exactly the issue—I had addressed his poor attitude, and instead of handling it professionally and maturely, he escalated the situation. However, as soon as I began speaking, the manager jumped in and started trying to argue with me. I pointed out to Antonio that I had remained silent while the manager was speaking, but when I started talking, he immediately tried to argue, further proving the lack of professionalism I had initially mentioned.

I find it unacceptable that a manager at Jack in the Box would behave this way. If someone in a leadership position cannot handle basic customer service interactions, how can they effectively train employees, represent the company and help them increase their bottomline?

I would like to know what steps will be taken to address this behavior and ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

His behavior seems to be a pattern he is used to as he felt bold to continue.

Open “24 hours” and come to this location to order in the drive thru, waiting, just for them to say “only taking mobile orders.”

I ate at this location twice and I always order the same thing #5 SmashJack combo. The first time I ate here the following morning I woke up feeling very sick and was wondering was it something I ate? So I just assume I touched something and got sick. The 2nd time eating here last night I ordered the #5 again and woke up this morning feeling real sick again with a fever and aching bones just like the first time I ate at this location. So I come to the conclusion that it is in fact the food at this location. I am not allergic to anything on the menu but this location's food keeps making me sick. I just hope that these employees are not tempering with my food. I will never return to this place.

BEWARE parking in the back parking lot. Management WILL have your car towed while you're in the restaurant and NOT admit to it. Ate at restaurant and got a haircut 20 ft. away at mobile barber parked right in front. Was in barber for 20mins tops. Came out, car was gone. Manager did not admit to calling but tow company said they called. $515 to get car out. Went back to eat inside restaurant with my wife after got my car out. Staff was starring and making small talk to each other while constantly starring at us. Made us very uncomfortable. Unprofessional way to treat a frequent paying customer. Joey the District Manager offered NO HELP and believed and defended his staff.
