13 dollars for the 99 cent tacos and a a large fries with 2 tenders gremlin meal is the most disappointing meal I’ve ever gotten from jacks not sure if it’s just this location but not worth it

Disrespectful and racist staff. My friend had a very unpleasant experience tonight at the establishment. The workers thought it was correct to purposefully insult my friend in a different language after making a mistake on their end. Management should take serious action against this unprofessionalism.

Waited 25 minutes to order, as there were 2 lines that haphazardly converged to the one cashier working front counter at the height of lunch rush. The we each had to take turns begging them to buzz us into the one available restroom as they locked the other one off for themselves. But I can credit them with being one of only a few restaurants in the area that hasn't repeatedly given me food poisoning

I like Jack In The Box but this is the last time I went to this location. Staff is helpless and the food is extremely greasy and simply a bit nasty…. You’re better off getting Pho or Ramen or anything else in the area for the same price. Highly regret giving in to my cravings

We order over 80$ worth of food in the drive thru and my personal opinion it took 20 to 25 minutes to long waiting in park lot for our food..They should of at least comped us a few free drinks or fries for the longer than normal wait time..Management needs to do better..

Worst service ever especially from this location. Your car may be towed from there parking lot in less then 20 minutes even parking lot is empty. I think they run illegal business with towing company minimum $500 towing fee also their towing company has horrible service I never see before. Both jack in the box & towing company need to be sued. We pay tax to US govt. & this type of service is not acceptable in USA.
Been here two times at early morning and they made mistakes every single time. It is obvious that they hate working there. First time in my life to receive churros without any sugar on them, and cheese sticks without marinara sauce.
