Two of us were on a venture for some fast food and ordered $50 worth of food. We dined in so we were pretty patient. Like i said, i love jacks and my friend never had it so we came here for a little adventure. We were in good spirits, so i cant see how the girl hated us so much. We got our food with a bunch of stuff missing. No napkins. No sauces. No utensils. Nothing. Im not even talking about extras here. We got french toast that was supposed to come with dip. Didn’t get the dip. It was the limited banana frnch toast PICTURED WITH THE DIP. No forks for the cheesecake. Sweet n sour for the eggrolls? Nope! No ranch. No taco sauce. Forget the extras. This stuff should’ve come with what we ordered. Got NOTHING.
Not only was a bunch of stuff missing, the girl had it out for us. Moving snail speed. And when i asked for these things, shed only give me ONE thing, turn around QUICKLY, then IGNORED ME to do the drive thru orders. So id have to wait and call her again and repeat and ask again. I had to do this like FOUR times to get everything. B was doing this sh on purpose. It was excruciating.
Eventually i asked someone else and she asked - “she didnt give it to you?” Prolly cuz she saw me calling the other girl so many times. No. No she didnt. She reluctantly ended up giving me the rest of the stuff i asked for.
Of course, by the time i sat down to eat, the food was cold af already. It was probably given lukewarm in addition to it being a cold night. Ruined my entire meal. But also, the food here really wasn’t good compared to other locations.
Idk i havent dined in at a fast food joint in years. I guess nowadays, since orders are placed thru apps and whatnot - service doesnt matter anymore? The realization was real.
Either way, this pmo. It was beyond dumb. And it was my friends first time at jacks and she probably wont be going back cuz everything was so underwhelming here. What a disappointment

The service here was 500 stars. The food was negative 500 stars. I just saw an ad on tv showing the same breakfast sandwich I had, and my meal looked nothing like the tv sandwich. I took one bite and threw it out. I love fast food and Jack used to be decent. But this was recent, and indecent. It’s gonna be In-N-Out next time.

i tried to order “ a Lakers meal “on 10/23(三）2 am at a Drive-Thru, the girl who answered on speaker said this restaurant doesn’t have Lakers meal, i gave her my camera to show her about the pictures Lakers win tonight to let her know what Lakers fans will get is two taco for free, but she just answered me this restaurant doesn’t have this choice and the promotion is over… but the basketball game just over few hours ago, and Lakers meal is sold out!?
An almost faultless experience in this Jack in the box chain store located near Koreatown. The establishment seems a little old, the furniture is quite dated, the counter and the kitchens call for the same comment. Everything seemed very clean, however. The saleswoman present that day was not very friendly, made no effort to understand us or to make herself understood and had a lot of difficulty hearing what we said to her. After this ordeal of ordering, we were served rather quickly (the restaurant was almost empty). As for the burgers, everything was really very good and they were also well presented. The curly fries were also excellent with the sauces offered. Prices remain reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the products. In short, just a few small human resources problems to resolve and it will be perfect!

Avoid this jack in the box at all cost they will scam you and steal your money they not only double charged my card and told me it was declined when it went through both times but then when they gave me my food they gave me the wrong order and when I drove back to ask for them to change it they demanded I pay again
