The worst service, I was served by a Latino who acts like he doesn't understand Spanish and we spoke English to him and he didn't understand. We spoke to him in signs because he behaved badly. El compa americano. Hasta me cobró mal pero que flojera reclamar, me cobró de más.

Food is always fresh to order and if you don't like the way it taste or if it is not fresh they will remake it.,*update 3/14/2024Was kind of disappointed in the grilled chicken sandwich that I received today, it tasted really rubbery. But everything else was good.

Very nonjudgmental, helpful staff. And the cleanest Jack in the box bathroom I've ever seen. This location is especially the best because they allow people without cars to walk thru the drive thru, so it really is open 24 hours, not just for those with a car like every other fast food restaurant ever.

Everything was fine except that I had to wait for the drinks, which seemed bad for a fast food restaurant.
This was my first time at a Jack in the Box. I enjoyed the food a lot and in my opinion is way better than In-n-Out.

Don’t recommend this place ! They don’t have any idea of customer service . I accidentally passed the speaker phone from the drive thru . I told the lady at the cash register that I was sorry and I accidentally missed the speaker phone. Her and her manager looked at me with attitude and said if I wanted to order I would have to come inside. They shut the window on my face. Keep in mind no one was behind me in the drive thru . They could have understand the situation and reacted a different way. Never coming here again.
