Okay this place, this particular location is a weird one...I was violently craving an oreo cookie shake and I stopped by a little before midnight and omg...the blue haired girl!...ghetto in between taking my order and preparing stuff I can only assume she was on her phone...but she was loud, every other word was a four letter word. I get this is fast food! But girl, how about some respect for your customers. I don't need to hear so many cuss words while trying to satisfy a craving.
Food was good it's Jack in the Box at midnight...so you know it just hits different.

Been coming here for years but the personnel keeps getting worse. My order is ready to pick up but they don't give it to me until they feel like it, even if they are not doing anything. I think they hate their job.

We went to eat today, but we didn't like the way we were greeted by a very arrogant man who was at the counter. He looked like a manager or a manager, I don't know, but it was clear that he judged us by the look when we arrived, he didn't want to help us do things. Our order only said that we could order on the screen and he told us there is the menu and that it was very easy, every time I go there are cashiers taking the order and now not, it didn't cost him anything to say soon the cashier is coming or in a moment the We served, we arrived speaking in Spanish, it was obvious that we didn't know English... the truth is I felt very bad about how it was with us and to finish, we had ordered two orders of tacos and they only gave us one! I will never go to that jack again! ?

Very dirty on Sundays, especially in the afternoon until closing, I do not recommend it, you carry coupons and they do not want to accept them. This restaurant is privately owned, which is why the service is very bad. When they are company, very good service...the manager on Sunday mornings does not treat customers well, she is always angry ?
