I have no idea why there is bad reviews, I mean possibly in the past but this personal are so kind and sweet, were willing to help me out. Food is fresh and they do care about their customers and even the vibe it such a positive one I can see , co-works get along and communicate effectively
This location is truly the jewel of all jack in the boxes, very nice and professional servers, always clean and I love the fact that they don't allow none customers use the bathrooms , that's why the bathroom is always clean and available, somehow the food tastes better here and their tacos are great and cheaper than other restaurants. Fast service too.
Omg unbelievable today it was a great customer service Nancy cashier taking my order and drive thru and in persone when taking payment. Hope more staff like her and a raise.
