I recently had one of the worst experiences at this Jack in the Box. While waiting for my online order, a staff member was unbelievably rude ignoring me as I told them multiple times my name on the online pickup. The employee’s attitude was nasty from the moment I walked in, and the lack of professionalism from this employee was shocking. On top of that, I went up to the counter to ask for napkins and salt (I was not provided with them in the bag)and they were talking about me to their coworker while I was standing there patiently waiting for service. That: why am I still here, and she already gave me my order in a nasty negative tone.

They only had fried curly, not regular, the restaurant is totally dirty from the inside to the bathroom, the employees talking among themselves and giving advice to a new employee instead of directing him better, I only bought fried curly because it made me very disgusted, the visit was at 5:24 on Sunday, March 2, terrible performance of the manager, I hope they don't ignore the reviews because simply with a better manager this place would be perfect, the building is in good condition to be dropped so easy
