I recently had one of the worst experiences at this Jack in the Box. While waiting for my online order, a staff member was unbelievably rude ignoring me as I told them multiple times my name on the online pickup. The employee’s attitude was nasty from the moment I walked in, and the lack of professionalism from this employee was shocking. On top of that, I went up to the counter to ask for napkins and salt (I was not provided with them in the bag)and they were talking about...
Been coming to this particular establishment for almost 23 years and staff has always been friendly. The only downside is the drive thru has a small blind spot while exiting which makes it a bit
Very cool atmosphere not too crowded but the place is a location is a bit small, there was a little wait in time but not too bad. Service Good and in a timely manner.
