Watch out for the curb at the drive thru! When you’re done with the window and ready to pull out back onto the road it looks like you can go right but I ended up hitting the curb since it goes for further on the right than you would expect.

Niriya needs some customer service training. How can you refuse to give someone their food when they are showing you their order and telling you its exact contents. Did she not bring lunch that day? Absolutely terrible. Ill eat somewhere else from now on. The manager did try to offer me my food later but i didnt want it. Nor did i get a refund. So thanks for stealing from me. Much appreciated. Take your business elsewhere until this location trains their employees better.

My taco barely had any meat in it The only gave me two hot sauce and a ketchup when I asked for eight hot sauces and four ketchup The food was not hot. It was really cold and I got there exactly in nine minutes.

went in to the restaurant, & ordered two spicy chicken sandwich combos take-out. and then asked for a ranch source... a guy with glasses said, you have to pay for the ranch source... what's up with the service?!! i never got that answer when i did a drive-thru a couple weeks before... two spicy chicken sandwich combos were not expense enough for to get a ranch source?!!
Food is fine but sharing the same bathroom with everyone is ridiculous and there there no extra bathrooms to use. When I asked the manager to use the other she said no and shrugged her shoulders like oh well because it just designated for employees when it says on the sign for women. Not employees.

Good for s quick bite or classic Jack in the Box craving. I tried the new Smash Burger, and I couldn't believe how good it was. It was visually appealing and not all tiny and flattened like most burgers from a fast food chain look when you go to open it up. It was even juicy! The meat seemed to actually be cooked from a fresh patty because as I ate it, the juices and fluid from the meat kept leaking out. I had a friend try it and he had the same reaction. I'm not sure if all locations make this burger the same way, but this place is definitely doing something right. I'd definitely come back to try another one. The inside is like any Jack in the Box. There are a few homeless folks getting their food and they are mostly the only people dining in. The manager was very sweet and he seems to have a great staff.
Parking: There was plenty of parking when we went but it is a very small lot. It's also on a major street so street parking is terrible.
