This place says it’s open till 2:00am but it’s 1:30am and they are refusing my service. WOW what a bummer they should change there hours then to reflect the attitude of the workers. I guess they don’t like there jobs so maybe they should hire people that like doing there jobs

Watch out for the curb at the drive thru! When you’re done with the window and ready to pull out back onto the road it looks like you can go right but I ended up hitting the curb since it goes for further on the right than you would expect.

Niriya needs some customer service training. How can you refuse to give someone their food when they are showing you their order and telling you its exact contents. Did she not bring lunch that day? Absolutely terrible. Ill eat somewhere else from now on. The manager did try to offer me my food later but i didnt want it. Nor did i get a refund. So thanks for stealing from me. Much appreciated. Take your business elsewhere until this location trains their employees better.

A must in Los Angeles for fast food. The burgers are fantastic and always excellent and friendly staff. I would recommend the Buttery Jack burger. If you like chicken the Jack Wraps are also very nice! As a side I would suggest onion rings. Admittedly it's not cheap, but being LA unfortunately this is to be expected. For 2 people you can expect it to comfortably be $35+.
