The food was at this Jack in the box. we were kind of shocked that there was nobody in the dining room and it was huge! pictures are heavy not good for elderly people. I would think they need to remodel this particular Jack in the box. it was a good experience all in all.. I wouldn't recommend the the restaurant ,. but the food was great!!

This location said ordering on the mobile app was unavailable at the time I tried to place it 03/07/25 6:42PM . Made me upset because I wasn't able to use my rewards and I wanted my pickup to be fairly quickly for I was in a hurry and just happend to be in the area but couldn't order it ahead. So I just said forget it and did not get it. Went somewhere else to get food Loosing money because you can't turn on the mobile ordering. Do better

02/27/25 update: I don't frequent this location much anymore due to the last 5 visits when I've ordered Jumbo Jacks, the patty is old, crumbly, flavorless. The other items I've ordered seem fresh but not the Jumbo Jack patties, it's actually pretty disappointing considering it's $5 for a single burger these days, the least we could expect is a fresh patty.

Received a salad with no salad dressing. Thanks for the dry salad guys.
Every time we go late night they give out cold fries and it has happen multiple times. I am at the point of going inside and speaking to the manager. I pay a lot of money when I come there i have a family of four so it doesn't come out cheap. The store on Vermont street is horrible
