Every time i have order from this jack in the box they alwasy mess up my order. No matter if i go in person or order through an app. This place really need new management and new peolple. The people working there seem they hate being there. Food is alwasy cold when i get it and it does not taste good at all.

You passed through the drive to double-check you order because they always miss something
Atmosphere better then that dump Jack n bock on Washington Blvd that the manager let it run down , NO EXCUSE TO BE DIRTY IN OUR COMMUNITIES ,NO WHAT SO EVER TO HAVE FOOD THROWN FROM THE TABLE TO THE FLOORS OR DIRTY DOORS & WINDOW'S ... WHY HAVENT THIS MANAGER BEEN FIRED THE BATHROOMS ARE A DISGRACE , I HAVE BEEN IN THIER FOR ABOUT A FEW YEARS !!!

Worst customer service! They truly hate working here! And they never have oreo shakes! I always have to stop by the jack in the box by cesar chavez and mott for the oreo shake!

It's a Jack, you get Jack in the box quality. Because it's close to a high school it gets pretty busy, doesn't help it's a smallish restaurant with a small parking lot. But the service is fine. I will say twice now they either gave me the wrong size if fries or just forgot them which is kind of annoying since I do online orders and drivethru pick up so I don't notice until I'm home. But I get that they're busy and are a small staff dealing with a lot of people.
The bacon burger or the curli fries hurt me, some of that stuff hurt me, but I got sick to my stomach.
