It's a Jack, you get Jack in the box quality. Because it's close to a high school it gets pretty busy, doesn't help it's a smallish restaurant with a small parking lot. But the service is fine. I will say twice now they either gave me the wrong size if fries or just forgot them which is kind of annoying since I do online orders and drivethru pick up so I don't notice until I'm home. Probably the worst jack Ive been to. Asked for sauce and worker just put it on top of my munchie box and it fell everywhere. Everywhere else they’ll put in a small bag or even the fry bag. Tacos here were the greasiest ones I’ve had. Multiple occasions where order was messed up as well.

Whenever I'm hungry, ( especially during the late night),I always stop by Jack in the box.The drive-through service is always fast and accurate (I mean, I always get my hamburgers the way I want them).The staff is very friendly and eager to help me. Thanks a lot, Jack, for opening 24 hours.....

Parking: You can park along Easter Avenue or Cesar Chavez too...
