Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life the past five times I've went there they have messed up my order gave me incorrect items overcharged me or forgot items all together when you address them they argue with you they hardly speak any English they're rude they're disrespectful and they want nothing to do with satisfying customers the restaurant is dirty the food is always cold no matter if you get it fresh or not it still is cold all times and last time I went in there and told them about it and told them about the other four times prior they literally laughed rolled her eyes and told me it's not their problem to call corporate so I will call corporate and I will call corporate and tell them everything that they need to know about this restaurant location and their employees and how awful their customer service is will not ever return to this restaurant absolutely a disgrace

They have bulletproof glass at the counter. Now, and there are so many homeless people sleeping at the tables in here. Begging from people who were just trying to eat a meal in peace. This place has gotten out of control and it sucks. It stinks the people at the counter. Are rude? Two people in wheelchairs, they make them repeat themselves over and over they need to shut this one down here and I hope to see it closed soon

Smelled a little to much like bleach or cleaning solution...guy mopped almost below my feet if he could, a bit uncomfortable having to intake smell while eating, everything else pretty good

During my lunch break, I utilized the drive-through service at the establishment due to the limited number of vehicles ahead of me. My lunch break is scheduled for 30 minutes, yet it only took approximately 4 minutes for me to arrive and place my two-item order. However, the vehicle immediately in front of me opted to place orders via their mobile devices, resulting in a delay of over 15 minutes. By the time this individual departed the line, I had only 5 minutes remaining to return to my workstation. It is astonishing that the establishment permitted this couple in a gray Prius to occupy such a significant portion of the drive-through time, thereby prolonging the queue. It is imperative that employees recognize when the line becomes congested they should ask the vehicle to step out of line so another employee could assist them by taking them their multiple orders, so to allow others to proceed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it appears that common sense is not a prerequisite for working at the register or drive-through counter at this establishment. It’s shameful to see how these jobs got a high pay increase and give very poor service.
Don't buy food, especially if you are driving. If you park in the plaza, your car will be towed and you will be fined $510. You won't see any no parking signs. I used to love this brand of burgers and bought them here many times. But I won't do that anymore.
