Literally just ordered $30 worth of food in drive thru. Just passing thru LA and we’re not from here. I have my elder mom and we get to the lobby door at 10:01pm. We asked to use the restroom to the Female in grey hoodie said let me see, then walks away and lies that she never said it. The next guy said we were lying. Like why would I! Irritating experience and their food was cold! Won’t use this place anymore. Night crew has a cold attitude and cold food.

Stingy. Mess up order. I order online with specifics. Like extra sauce and ranch. Specially if im ordering stuff jalapenos or something that goes with a sauce. This location has mess up my order a few times, if I recall when ordering online certain items weren't available even thoe I already had paid for such. They're not terrible all that time. This location is Fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was so enjoyable, and the customer service was amazing especially with the manager HEDY who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend it for everyone.

I can't believe the lady that works here. The team lead HEIDY just walked past dirty tables and ignored me when I asked her a question. Both times she just said give me a minute. Horrible customer service. I had to tell the cashier to clean the tables for 2 families that were waiting to sit down and eat. Unbelievable some people. I wonder if Jack in the Box requires a customer service policy for their locations and how they are being executed. Im giving them 2 stars for the young man who cleaned the tables right away and excellent customer service with great attitude. I should have taken a picture of the mess and dirty tables. Hopes this gets addressed immediately to help her coworkers from doing her job.
