I’ll start off with saying I have not been to Jack in the Box in years. On our way to 6 Flags, my sister convinced me to stop by Jack in the Box on Veteran’s Day because they were offering a free Jumbo Jack with proof of service. I place my order, get to the pick up window, and I mention I was interested in the free Jumbo Jack for veterans. The manager “Heidi Velasquez” asks me to show my ID(I show her) and proceeds to tell me that offer is only valid through the application and refuses to honor the deal. I understand no one owes me anything for being a veteran, but it is a little insulting considering other competitors would have gladly given me a meal with no hassle. You can see the difference of service between Jack in the Box and In-N-Out in the photo. Both purchases were made the same day, and received a night and day difference in experience. I will not be coming here ever again.

Yulma T is one of the rudest people I have come across. I come to this jack in the box all the time since I work down the street and for the most part the employees are nice. But tonight I had to deal with Yulma and it was a terrible experience.

Literally just ordered $30 worth of food in drive thru. Just passing thru LA and we’re not from here. I have my elder mom and we get to the lobby door at 10:01pm. We asked to use the restroom to the Female in grey hoodie said let me see, then walks away and lies that she never said it. The next guy said we were lying. Like why would I! Irritating experience and their food was cold! Won’t use this place anymore. Night crew has a cold attitude and cold food.
Late night shift needs to get it together. They get the order wrong on uber eats. Never again. Management needs to check this place

Stingy. Mess up order. I order online with specifics. Like extra sauce and ranch. Specially if im ordering stuff jalapenos or something that goes with a sauce. This location has mess up my order a few times, if I recall when ordering online certain items weren't available even thoe I already had paid for such. They're not terrible all that time. I avoided ordering from this location.

This location is Fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was so enjoyable, and the customer service was amazing especially with the manager HEDY who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend it for everyone.
