This location is Fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was so enjoyable, and the customer service was amazing especially with the manager HEDY who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend it for everyone.

I can't believe the lady that works here. The team lead HEIDY just walked past dirty tables and ignored me when I asked her a question. Both times she just said give me a minute. Horrible customer service. I had to tell the cashier to clean the tables for 2 families that were waiting to sit down and eat. Unbelievable some people. I wonder if Jack in the Box requires a customer service policy for their locations and how they are being executed. Im giving them 2 stars for the young man who cleaned the tables right away and excellent customer service with great attitude. I should have taken a picture of the mess and dirty tables. Hopes this gets addressed immediately to help her coworkers from doing her job.

When I order my food once they ask what kind of sauce I would like I say my 3 sauce buffalo ,ranch,honey mustard and never get them I always get 3 of the same sauce and you know what's the best thing about it they always repeat my order and sauces but still get it wrong how is that even possible

Whenever I try to call it's rare that they ever answer, thankfully they did this last time I called. Why did I call? They forgot to give me 2 orders of curly fries with my online order. I don't know how they remembered everything in the order EXCEPT THE CURLY FRIES! Thankfully since I called them they offered to give me my curly fries the next day and they offered me any one item on the menu for free due to the inconvenience of having to go back! Quality service and compensation for their error!
