I ordered through drive thru and was missing my fries so I called and Connie who claimed she was a manager answered with a harsh tone. She was rude and hung up while I was speaking! Extremely rude and terrible customer service especially for a manager.

Apparently, they don't offer the full menu at night. I'm depressed and can't over for a shake. But instead of getting my shake they get 0 stars. This sucks!Parking: There's only parking when the connect is asleep. Otherwise you'll find it full of crack heads waiting for the plug.

The food at jacks is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place the guy with curly hair Randy takes care of the guests he offer good service I highly recommend this place and the food here.

My fries were cold from the 4 minute uber eats delivery and 1 stuffed jalapeno had nothing in it but idk if it was jacks who messed up or maybe my driver had my bag in front of the
Great service ....especially the night crew..staff very friendly all day and night except for a heavy set guy with attitude that's there in p.m. Don't even bother requesting name he gives fake ones everytime and then hides.

I’m driving a tour bus for a celebrity and I stopped by at 3am. I was told we couldn’t order food because we’re in a bus. Some people are hungry and are in vehicles that are too big for drive thru. Celebrity or not. Can we please try to look out for others if they are in vehicles that can’t utilize drive
