I just went today to order the Jibby with the munchie meal and they didn't give it to me in the online order clearly a lack of service and the employees prioritize the food delivery more than the customers waiting in line, and also they removed the drink machine that used to exist there. This place gets worse every year!

The food was freshly prepared and served quickly when I ordered inside. Even though I was the only guest dining in and had to wait a short while before placing my order, it made sense since most customers were using the drive thru. Everything turned out great, and the quality of the meal made the visit worthwhile.

ordered at 10:20 pm on a november 2, 2025 on a saturday. Whoever the guy with the yellow and black jacket has a horrible attitude and poor customer service, we werent even being rude whatsoever and during the process of taking the order he kept saying “okay what else”. I also
work in fast food so i completely understand the situation but his attitude was unnecessary. not to mention he was calling someone during the payment process and when we had asked for bbq he kept gesturing that there was some in the bag when there wasn’t and we kept asking for it but he ended rolling his eyes and finally gave us some. whoever he is needs to work on his customer service, it’s not that hard.

I want to start by saying Sophia is amazing. She was so patient and helpful. She deserves being recognized. Secondly the food was good. The fries were cooked to perfection, which rarely happens anywhere else. Usually, they are burnt. My only issue was I didn't receive my order completely. I was missing items in my bag. I couldn't go back for the items unfortunately. They were also out of the mozzarella cheese sticks for my monster boxes. Which was my real reason to buy the boxes. :(

Horrible experience. I ordered on the app before arriving upon arrival My food still was not prepared. Chose to pick my food up. Carry out on the app has two options. The second option is drive-thru. I don't want to wait in a drive-thru. I'm in a hurry so I choose carryout. The restaurant door is locked. I was told to go into the drive-thru by one of the workers who was trying to avoid making eye contact with me when I was trying to get my food. My reaction was disappointment and regret ordering at this location. I responded by going to the drive-thru window by foot. I asked them to give me my food and I repeated my order to them making sure every detail is taken into consideration. I was told by what looks like to be the manager that my food was going to be taken to my car where I'm parked at. I'm waiting another 10 minutes, possibly 15 minutes when I finally get my food. My drink is wrong. I don't have the condomance that I asked for and I can hear the manager mocking me saying that. That's how I asked for it. If you want Jack in the box go elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down immediately because the workers lack. Carmen decency for customers and consideration when taking the job to prepare someone's food needless to say this will be the last time and if you read this don't waste your time there. Just find another location if you ignore this warning, just know you were told in advance through this review. There's nothing more I can do. I'm just trying to help you save your time and your patience by avoiding a headache which is inevitable when coming to this location above all else if you don't want to take my word for it, see for yourself so you can experience the disappointment in real time. Last thing I'm going to say the quality of the food was on a scale of 1 to 10. I'll say -1. They did a horrible job and my food looks poorly made and refried overcooked.

I've ordered 7 chicken sandwich two large fries two small fries when we started eating I've decided to add taco sauce in my chicken sandwich I've looked at the lettuce 🥬 it was dark grey brown it was bad old lettuce all the chicken sandwich lettuce we're bad same color make sure to check your lettuce ordering here
