Every single lady that work in Jack in the box weather it's morning noon or night including the manager needs to be fired they all have attitudes even while you're in a Drive-Thru ordering they Rush your order they stick that little window out in the Drive-Thru with an attitude pushing it all extra hard when you're putting your money in I'm tired of this every time I come to the Jack in the box I get the same results every lady in there needs to be fired including the manager!!!!!!!! p e r i o d especially in the urban community y'all want our money but don't want to give us special service that we deserve when we're paying our money and I'm tired of it I said what I said

Food & Safety violations at its worst. The employees there are biting burgers and packing them with customer orders. More than 10 people were upset at the food service all at once. Someone needs to send the inspection team down there on a surprise visit. 0-stars.

I ordered my food online, set it for drive through pick up. I got there 8 minutes later when the time it was ready said between 5-10 minutes. I went to the window said my name lady rudely said “ it’s not ready “ I said okay n it was just silence and then she told me to pull forward. Now it’s been over 10 minutes since I ordered my food online. She says I have to come inside to get it because it’s not ready. I most definitely could’ve refused because of the rudeness but I just shut my mouth and went inside. Then another woman was there and I see my name just sitting there on a shelf when it could’ve been handed to me ay the window. This lady was also rude no manners at all. The fact that I stayed calm and didn’t get disrespectful throughout this whole situation and they couldn’t give me any respect is ridiculous.
