The milkshake? Thick enough to make you question your gym membership, but sweet enough to make you forget you had one. Service was fast, friendly, and smoother than a mariachi’s serenade. Prices? Fair enough to make you feel like you got away with something.

It's a shame that they have such a service, that the person in charge, a woman named Rosa T, is so despotic when it comes to serving and has to make faces when a person wants to order food, and at the elderly, she made a face just for asking for a glass of water. I like to eat Jack in the Box hamburgers, but sometimes the employees are not friendly and almost yell at you to hurry up and order. I'm sorry, that was my bad experience.
I lived in this area more than 20 years and have gone to this jack for many years. Lately almost every time I go, the drive through ladies have major attitude. Today it was a lady with blonde highlights, felt like she tossed my bag into the window surface. It shouldn’t be too much to expect service to be polite, I try to be polite… and she got my order wrong.

Yes, I like the food, I like everything. The bad thing is that at such hours of the night they cannot serve people who do not have cars, although sometimes transportation is ruined and so people We are used to eating those delicacies because we cannot buy and the staff is a bit heavy. I know that they are daytime working hours but the option would be to have better attention for the 0People who come walking and want to eat a hamburger, opinion and I think we all have the right even if we don't have a functional car or a quiet transport, opinion nothing But otherwise I love it, that's the only small disappointment.

Made a quick stop for a meal before the concert at Kia Forum. Parking was very good. When entering got a bit weirded out, as there are bullet proof glass from the employees to the customers. They were a bit slow to take our order. We waited about 5 minutes until an employee took our order. They seemed short staffed but were kind. Our food didn’t take too long, I felt like that was quicker than placing an order. LOL. My sourdough jack sandwich was perfectly made. I inhaled it so quickly! And they had diet Dr Pepper!!
