service was absolutely terrible. Expect to receive less sauce and condiments when you order two munchie meals, that’s a lot of food by the way and they will not give you napkins. I was rushed to move up after my food was given to me and received nothing but attitude from the women working at the window between 1:40 and 2:15 pm. I just want them to know I’m not your boyfriend or husband I’m a customer, also I didn’t fill out a jacknthebox application, so if you don’t like it there then quit your job and give to someone who wants show quality customer service.

Drive thru menu prices are different from the actual price being paid, maybe not all the items. For example, a jumbo jack, a picture with cheese, and price listed, when paying is much more because they charge for the cheese. Bad practice and lots of people have not seen it .
