Wow, this Jack in the Box is one of the worst I've been to. The food was lukewarm and bland. The service was sketchy, staff was standing behind thick plexiglass looking at us (the customers) as if we were an inconvenience. Okay, I get it, not the best neighborhood. I can overlook the lackluster service, but the food! There's no excuse for the terrible food. Why take it out on the food?

If u could give it zero stars I would, I used to go here a lot. However I went last night and my 2 year old and I shared a sourdough jack, everything was okay until we got home around 11 p.m. 12/17/23 he and I haven't stopped throwing up since.

The people that work in the morning have an ugly attitude. The person in charge and the cashier. They take their sweet time. They forgot to gave me my receipt and I asked her what number was my order or how was I supposed to know the number and she got upset. They even took longer to give me my food. Please fix your attitude they paying you for that.
I wanted to enjoy my breakfast.. but the lady who took my order Angelica P was rude as hell and then asked what I wanted twice and I told her twice. So then I got my order and left to literally get the wrong ass order. Lady leave that ugly attitude at home So disappointed

When I ordered my food, the cashier ask me to back up so I wouldn't exceed the so call time limit. I get it they do want to be in violation of their time limit of delivering your food. But they should add an incentive for the customers maybe free product. Because if they reach their company demands for serving you on whatever time limit and their incentive payoff is 1 million dollars or more to the entrepreneur for reaching the service time limit, we the public should receive an incentive as well if not contact corporate and report them and maybe corporate can give some food gift cards, what do you think ... ???
