It's Jack in the Box in El Serano. They have good deals on burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches. They also have the weird menu like tiny tacos, curly fries, and other stuff that tastes great at about 2am. The staff is chill. Enjoy!!!

Less than an hour ago, I ordered a #6 Jumbo Jack with Cheese Combo, 2 tacos and an order of egg rolls. The fries were missing, there was no cheese on my burger, the tacos had no cheese, and more importantly, I wasn't given a receipt. Also, I must have called about 10 times, no answer. I had never experienced such negligence at a Jack in the Box. How hard is it to include the items one pays for? Absolutely awful service. Also, I've read the ridiculous replies to the reviews the owner writes. To the owner: if you're gonna reply the same way to this, don't bother.
The way a person does ANYTHING is the way they do EVERYTHING. People no longer take pride in serving people in a dignified manner. If employees can't even fulfill a simple fast food order, they'll never get a better job. They don't deserve one.

They never pick up the phone. I was at jacks for a breakfast platter that i wanted. I was not offered pancakes i wasn't ask if i wanted sausage or bacon and was given bacon. I asked for 1 creamer and was given none. I only foud out when i got home Janurary 16, 2025 @ 9:30 am

The soda machine is all out and one refills it. Terrible. I wasted my money visiting this Jack in the box. Should not have come here.

Typical jack in the crack food. Still good to me. Great for late night shenanigans. No need to eat there, too small n pretty ghetto. Parking would suck eggs there.
Every time I have ordered a delivery from this location, they have messed it up. From giving me the wrong items to not giving me items I ordered.

This review is specifically for the morning cooks. They always get order wrong if you ask for any custom sandwiches they will mess up and won't do it right it never fails. Morning cooks are trash and it's not the registers fault because the receipt has the order exactly how it's ordered but they don't pay attention to the monitors with the orders.
The lunch & dinner is fine they actually pay attention and read the orders right.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I ever came to employees here are rude ignore you when you come in never any acknowledgment just too busy mad dogging the female customers especially if it’s a female employee helping you I recommend to my family and friends never go there you get treated like crap and they as Rude as Hell here WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE AND THE GET 20 bucks an hour for such sucky service 😡What a joke
