I went through the drive through on 04/08/24 late at night and got some food, soecifically the teriyaki chicken bowl. But they forgot to put in a utensil. Fortunetly I was still in the area and noticed so I drove back.When I came back there was no one in sight. No one was answering the drive through box, and when i pulled forward there were no employees in sight for several minutes. There was more customers behind me so i thought id run around again and unfortunately they had to leave without ordering. Youre establishment is losing business because of your employees behaviour. I had to run around again and honk several times and wait even longer for two girls to show up, clueless.

I always go there on Saturdays but its been a while and I love the place I feel going back to get my favorite Jack in the Box Southwest Chicken Salad and my favorite Red Bull Infusion and now I say we give this a best time of my life.

Atmosphere at this place is abysmal. Looks like a crime scene the way they block the dining room area with yellow tape. 10 out of 9 times (no I did not mean 9 out of 10) they will get your order wrong. And have a terrible attitude at worst and poor disposition at best. Just go to another

Employees here are rude and every time i come they never get my order right and they are always so persistent on charging for sauces and when pay extra for it they dont put the sauces we payed for do better

They should put a sign at the drive thru that says they don't have shakes so we don't go in and get stuck. The other they I ordered a special that came with 2 tacost and said they couldn't sell it because they were out of tacos, and told them that it was ok, to give that special without the tacos and they refused to sell it. What kind of employees work here? This place is even worst that the McDonald's in front of them.
