Just stopped in for a soda. Self serve order kiosk at the front accepting card only. Very nice staff. Restrooms require a key I think. Open 24/7 for drive thru.

Gave us the wrong order and we didn't get all the food. The manager instead of fixing the issue we kept the receipt and called that day. She chose to come up with every excuse young sounding Hispanic girl that spoke to me very condescending like she was doing me some sort of favor by doing her job. She clearly isn't running the establishment properly I doubt if she's the manager

I ordered the double bacon smashed burger it was 11.00 it was ok but no wonder I haven’t been to jack in over a year never again overpriced and not worth it

This is probably one of the more cleaner locations for Jack N the Box. I think they could do better in terms of continuing to train staff members to be more respectful to customers, in terms of addressing customers as “Sir” (for Men) and “Ma’am” (for women). Instead of saying “Ya hey buddy, what do you want?” Or “boss” or “brother” or any of these terms, that do NOT reflect professionalism and respect. I tend to come here in the evenings and early mornings sometimes. They need to work on doing better about their wait times. People do not want to be waiting in line forever. Do better about keeping your food fresh… especially the fries. I do not like the taste of re-heated fries. Keep them fresh and ready to go. You’ll have some homeless people from time to time who will walk up to your car, while you are trying to order at the window… I do not like that. Overall? This location, is probably one of the few better locations, to spend your money with.
