The workers of fish restaurants seemed like they were bothered when I was ready to order like I was interrupting something tonight I probably have the most disgusting hamburger I've ever had in my life that consisted of excessive condiments and tons of Greece and I've included pictures to show what I'm talking about. This restaurant really takes the Cake when it comes to rudeness unmanageability and just generally everything fast food should not be..... But who the heck knew I was a Google reviewer and not just that random guy ordering a casual meal. This Jack in the Box I would not refer to anyone and will NOT go back to this location myself. Thanks for reading my review.

My first time in California and tried a lot lf fastfood restaurants. This chain was not better then his competitors. There is no touchscreen with menu so I could check it out as there was nobody else waiting and they wanted to take the order. There is no free refill for drinks and toilets were locked. There are better places to eat.

They got our order wrong at the drive thru. Had to pull over and go in to fix it...but was never given a receipt. Jack in the box claimed because we were never given a receipt it meant we were not charged. So they went ahead and fixed their mistake: exchange for the right item and was charged for the corrected item and a few other items instead of the entire order (gesture of good will for their mistake).Went home, checked my credit card to find out that we were charged twice. Once for the original order and then again for extra items we did not get (their mistake/gesture).Not cool.

Closed the dining at 4 PM citing that there was too much demand however there were 2 customers in the dining room and a staff of at least 5 people. No sign was on the door advising of this. They just didn’t want to work. In addition curly fries were requested and the regular fries were served cold, stale and not within a box. Just tossed into a bag. Order taker didn’t understand rudimentary English or the menu. Multiple times I had communicate my request to him. Manager on duty was flustered and shouldn’t even be a fry cook. This place needs to close and undergo training or at least fine the franchisee for negligence. First and last time having Jack in the box.

They did not get my order correct. Plus, charged me for items that I did not order. Also, the Hispanic employees could not understand the English words that I was using.

Placed an order for online instore pick-up and they just closed the store and were accepting just drive thru. Should have just disabled only orders if they cant fulfil it. Instead of troubling customers.

Ordered a 3 peace tender comboMy Oder was ready manager grabbed my Oder and took the fries out and tells me I only get tenders because I was only charge 3 tenders and large coke , I try to explained I asked for tender 3 peace combo with a coke couldn’t finish my sentence because she cut me off and started to go off on the cashier for placing the Oder wrong right in front of me that is very unprofessional of her and I can see the cashier was embarrassed the manager needs to be sent to be re trained because you don’t go off on employees in front of customers very unprofessional you speak to employees privately alway from customer not in front of them and to top it off she was so rude didn’t even allow me to explain
