Very rude people messed up. The order didn’t give me a receipt denied messing up the order. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the combo and she did not do that.

I went in due to a order I made for pick up. The lady on the front was rude . I was trying to explain to her what happened and see if they can help me with it . She didn’t even let me finish explain and brush me off!! She said “ no no “ and walked back inside . She’s a older Hispanic women . If she let me explain I think it would have been simple to solve. Shouldn’t be in customer service if they can’t deal with it . Another Customer was telling me to call corporate cause she obviously didn’t want to help .

Okay tell me if this makes sense, I go in the drive thru and order a #6 Combo which is a Jumbo Jack with Cheese (a Medium) with curly fries and a strawberry Dr. Pepper NO ICE and a Egg Roll. So as I'm pulling off I check the bag and NO MEDIUM FRIES. I go inside and then Guy said he didn't charge me for the FRIES He substituted the Fries for the Egg Roll ?. THAT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL NO ONE DOES THAT FOR ONE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T ADD UP AND SECOND I NEVER ASKED FOR A SUBSTITUTION. MY QUESTION IS SINCE I PAID FOR A COMBO AM I OWED A COMBO OR SHOULD THEY CHARGE ME FOR A ORDER OF FRIES ON THE SIDE.I HONESTLY THINK I'M OWED A WHOLE COMBO BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I PAID FOR
