It's everything you would imagine it to be. I haven't been to this place as a regular since I was a child. I decided to stop by for nostalgia purposes and was quickly reminded why I don't eat fast food especially from here. I ordered a fajita pita meal and also a Jumbo Jack Jr. The burger was decent, it's hard to mess up a burger but everything else was disappointing. I ordered a coke but it was basically sparkling water. I didn't even bother changing it because I figured I didn't need the sugar anyway. The most offending thing was the pita. I haven't had one in a while but I remember it coming with salsa which was missing. When I bit into it the pita bread was extremely hard and crunchy in some places. I tried but I couldn't eat it. I returned to the store and explained the issue. They seemed not surprised and gave me a refund for the pita.... I remember when Mr. James was the manager, things were a lot better back in those days....

On December 4th 2023 around 6pm I visited this location (my local Jack In the Box) and was greeted by a young man by the name of Jesus, who took my order. He was not only professional, but greeted me with the type customer service that all employees in any service industry should set their standards to. I also had some of the freshest made tacos that day as well, (we all know the tacos aren't authentic but they do hit the spot!), so kudos also to those working behind the scene in the kitchen. All in all a great experience.

TEAM MARISOL!!The entire staff was working overtime but Marisol was the front woman this z Halloween. Though the evening May have been stressful, the energy was warm, the order was right, and we were felt welcomed by the team despite having to stay open and extra hour ! Thank you all so much!
**Update** I went here yesterday (10/8/23) and the bacon still was hard and looked like it wasn't fresh at all on my Supreme Croissant, nasty croissant breads. Non fresh food tastes nasty/makes you sick ?. The egg rolls tasted fresh though.The food here doesn't taste fresh. I've ordered the supreme croissant breakfast sandwich several times and only ONCE did it look/taste like it was made fresh. Other times the bacon was too hard, buns were fairly cold, etc. I need a restaurant that is consistent and always makes the food GREAT. Otherwise why waste my money? Oh and the hash browns are hard sometimes too. I stopped coming here to stop wasting my money. I suggest you don't waste yours. Fresh food is always best right!?
