Ok it’s 11:42 pm on August 2 , 2025 my cat broke so I couldn’t go and use the drive tru on my cat I saw a lady that work there outside and I ask her if I can order something walking she told me yes I come to the window saw a guy and he start telling me to get out and making signs with his fingers saying no because I was walking his name is JOSE the employee he is very rude I didn’t ask for something free I pay for it from the customers money make your lazy dude I don’t why your management have you working as customer service you are terrible , lazy , bad customer service don’t come to this place the hate to take order for customers his name is JOSE with the glasses

All day breakfast platter. Only $5.50. One of the best meals I’ve ever had and the drive thru lady was so nice and overall good experience!

Lack of personal. Creates delays. And incomplete orders. Guys seem to be doing their best.
Ordered chicken nuggets at drive-thru and they gave me a cheeseburger instead. Dumb.

Normally they are great, but I had an annoying experience here where I ordered food as I was leaving UCLA after an emergency room visit outpatient surgery which lasted almost the weekend and when I was released on Sunday morning at 5:37 there were not a lot of options. I placed my order in the app and paid, but on arrival even though I watched the app to make sure all was well, it was not and this rude lady was yelling and saying no orders came through and I was showing her. Mind you I am in a Lyft so I don't have a lot of time and suddenly the order shows canceled. I told my driver just take me home. I was upset indeed, 😡. While I understand mess up happen. They should identify Lyft/Uber orders noting the customer only has four minutes for the stop. Or Lyft/Uber should not offer that as a service add on. I get it with all the people not paying or picking up orders it's a big problem, but there maybe should be a way to identify good customers who don't play those games.
They're always forgetting something. Either the fries or the whole combo and only give you the sandwich. They make false promises or rectifying it by giving you fries or whatever if you ever come in. They won't remember you.
