I bought some mozzarella sticks, and they were so greasy the paper bag was soaked with oil it was all over my car disgusting. I parked and went to the cashier to let her know, and she was so rude telling me that that's the way they are that I probably shucked them and with the nasty attitude. I had the mozzarella sticks from another jack in the box, and they were perfect. She asked me if I wanted my money back and I told her to keep it. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. They lost a customer with me.

I have spent soooooo much money here over the 13 yrs via drive thru n uber eats and i used to get great service but lately its gone way down :-( ive noticed at the drive thru not very friendly or welcoming anymore, cheap on condiments and quality has gone down as well at this location. But after this last time, i HAVE TO WRITE A REVIEW!!!! On my uber eats, i asked for extra egg on my supreme croissant and i did not get it AND my bread was burnt/cold n thrown around messy, ALSO i asked for no rice on chicken teriyaki (didnt want carbs) and they literally gave me the MINIMAL AMT OF CHICKEN N VEGGIES THT THEY GIVE N ORDER, THEY COULDVE FILLED UP CONTAINER TO SUB FOR MISSING RICE, JUST CRAZY HOW THEY THINK THTS OK!!!!! wht makes them think i only want small tablespoons of food for the AMOUNT I PAY!!!! FRFR!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING, I WAS FURIOUS!!!! I wont be going here no more, i dont like giving my money to unprofessional/poor quality service

Be careful, guys. I bought some chicken sandwiches (had a buy one get one free coupon). Ate most of the sandwich and (miraculously) saw mold on the bread. Literally killed my mood and appetite to even touch the other sandwich. The bread was a little hard on the edges where the mold was too. I don't know if it's a Jack in the Box thing or what, but different location also had stale bread.

Me and my family eats in this area, my sister order a breakfast sandwich and they gave her what they wanted her to have and not what she order. My salad was not fresh.. given me a salad with the 2 day expiration date.. is not fresh. I think part of the issue is this location is under staff.. and the manger is not over seeing properly.

Horrible service everytime this. Night shift drive thru worker is here spending more than 35 minutes in. A drive thru for a small shake is crazy . Not to mention the utter disrespect for me stating clearly and concisely that I do not want whip cream . This dude wanted to go on a tangent about me repeating my order to him that I confirmed several times at the drive thru box . Now is refusing a refund . For my order that I do not trust drinking because of his NASTY SASSY RUDE ATTITUDE
