By far the worst jack in the box… I have been to in LA, not a single table was clean.. if a few were dirty i could understand. But I couldn’t find one table that I could sit at which is very unsanitary. Staff not attentive

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to, horrible customer service.
I went to the drive thru to get a double bonus Jack combo for $6.49 and the worker tried to sell me a medium combo for $7.98. I told him I just wanted the small and he told me to come to the window. When I got to the window he told me it was $7.98 because the $6.49 price was for the single combo. I told him he was wrong and the double was $6.49. He continued to argue so I left. This was the SECOND time they have tried to overcharge me at this location. Is this what we’re paying higher wages for? They should give that pay to our college graduates who studied hard and have a ton of debt. This is ridiculous.
I came back again the day after. And once again they put the cones up so that they could close the store. Is this store not 24/7? Smh emplyees getting paid to sit around.
Supposed to be 24/7. They always take forever to order asking people to wait 5/10 minutes before taking an order. And at around 2am they'll all take their breaks and close the store for 40 minutes.
