The manager is rude. It seems like he's friendly to people who understand his language better. He was mad at me because I could not understand what he was saying. I will not be returning to this place again. Also, it's disgusting inside.

There rude and its empty but super dirty. If they don't want to work then they should go home. I was im a good mood until I went there. And you can't understand the manager and he gets mad cause you can't understand him. There service was the worst I've ever encountered. Bad for business.

Ahh.. my favorite Jack-n-crack EBT friendly location. The only time of the month I can afford their food. Adjacently located to the Pico DPSS office & while I'm replacing my monthly EBT card for having loaned it out AGAIN.

Place wasn't the cleanest. Food was ok. Fries definitely needed more salt. Service was decent even though they got my order wrong.

The driver, Jorge, in the afternoon, treated us as if we were street people, he made a fuchi face to me and my son, he took our order quickly and with a terrible attitude..

I went through the drive-through during breakfast, so I can’t really say anything about the ambience, but when I went through, it was super fast, and the food was typical good Jack-in-the-Box! I got the breakfast platter with sausage and an iced caramel coffee. Both good the coffee was a little bit sweet for me but still good. I wanted to write a review on this place simply because the lady at the window was super nice and happy and had a huge smile on her face, which is rare to see at a fast food place. So I just wanted to give her a shout out. The receipt says the employees name was Luis. so thank you, Luis.

Incredibly horrible service; I couldn’t even order from how rude the woman at the drive through was. There are people shooting heroin outside this establishment. The city needs to close this thing down.

Everything about this place was near perfect the only thing that ruined it for me was the homeless and all that coming in and asking for refills as it’s my first time coming here as of writing this I’m very on edge about people here but overall would come back
