I ordered a Munchie Meal through Uber. I ordered an ultimatum cheeseburger, onion rings, and two tacos. They only gave me three small onion rings. The tacos were okay, but the cheeseburger was just disgusting. It was like the meat had been sitting out for a really long time.

I ordered a, butery clasic Jack with lettuce, tomato. Exactly like in the picture at the window. They made it wrong TWICE! TWICE! Two different persons taking one order, even the manager. They couldn't make a simple clasic burger well. 🤷♀️

No chicken with Chicken & Waffle Sticks. No syrup either. Brilliant.
Im not someone to rate fast food, but i have been here 4 times now around 2am so you usually expect cold fries and careless workers. I have always received amazing food when Sandra works the drive-thru. I did 1 time go late night and she wasn't there and the fries were cold. So the next time I went and she was there, I checked the food right away and it was HOT. The lettuce fresh with 2 full tomatoes. Also, my order is always right. Nothing is ever missing. I told her she's doing an amazing job because at that hour, people just don't care. But she puts in the work so if you end up in this area late night, pray you get Sandra as your drive thru attendant. Management - give her a raise or something.
