Terrible the service in this place, the man who attends at the checkout is wrong in the orders and says that it was the customer's fault. Then he makes the change in a bad way. I don't recommend this place. In addition, it is not at all pleasant to hear the employees say that they want to leave.

No soap in the restroom sounds like a small thing but how do employees wash their hands with no soap. the manager was impolite "next time go to McDonald's" because I asked for my money back. No hand sanitizer either. Animal feces smeared at the entranceof the store. Super

Place looked pretty dirty, homeless inside with all his stuff on the table. Walked in , waited and waited. Didn’t even get greeted by anyone. Waited for 5 minutes to get service and no one came to the front to take our order. Then just walked out. Go to a different Jack, this one is not kept cleaned. And good luck getting service inside the store.

Drive Thru hasn't let me down yet.. Same goes when ordering inside though I wouldn't recommend dining in since it's really tight & customers aren't always pleasant. Either way, the staff here has been great overall...

Very rude!! I have never encountered such a bad customer service before. We pulled up in the drive thru to order us some breakfast . We had questions on the breakfast menu. Your employee named Brianna sounded so annoyed and one point stopped answering us. She didnt even bother to inform if the order was taken or if we were supposed to leave since no one was answering us. We were so lost!! So bad.

I live 2 minutes from this establishment and every time I get home, my food is stone cold! I even say, "hash browns hot." I get home 2minutes later.... cold hash browns, and this time the breakfast sandwich was so under heated, the cheese wasn't even melted!!! I will just stop eating At Jack in the Box if they're so lazy, they can't even properly heat up processed food!

They don't pick up the phone when your order is missing items. You'd have to drive back to resolve the issue, which in some cases wouldn't be worth the value of the items. This seems intentional by design, since the JitB app, unlike some other fast food apps, has no option to contact them about issues with your

The guy at the drive thru at 3:41 pm on September 15th 2023 is ridiculous.. doesn't speak right and got an attitude cause he was attending others while trying to get our order too. Like bro put us on hold if you got another order making us repeat our order like 3-4 times.. then screaming and saying just drive up.. first of all u messed up! dummy..
