I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying. It took a to get my order, 10 minutes, with only one car in front and their bag was small. My order was wrong. Overall not a good experience. I see why it's empty even though it's across from County.

WORST Service EVER… idk if he hates his job!! He had an argumentative attitude towards my friend all because we tried throwing away trash into a bin that was near the drive through and the lid fell. Automatically blaming and saying that we have to pick up the trash. I felt threatened cause of his attitude and attacked

who designed this? get rid of the trash bin below it. there is already a regular trash bin to the side. all it does is blow trash up into your hands.
other than that, amazing food. unlike some other JITB locations they're not as stingy with sauces! sauces are so cheap are they not? unless you have a supply chain issue i suppose. sauces are an integral part to an enjoyable meal to me.
Lady with an attitude since she was taking the order, we order 2 combos of the Sourdough breakfast, vread was not toasted and we order a large coffee, she forget about it and we ask for ahe give us a small one, we told hef we order a large one she said well I charge for a small here is your coffee or ypu don't get nothing and closed the window.

I went in today to place an order of the chicken nuggets, and the worker, Fatima F., was completely rude and hostile. She made us wait for more than 15 minutes to take our order, and when confronted, she acted very aggressively towards us. She then started to smirk when I asked her where I could make a complaint and said, “Yes, of course,” and proceeded to walk away. I am going to make sure to go in and speak with their manager tomorrow and make the complaint. She is completely wrong to act the way she did when she is working with people. I really hope I get an apology from her for acting the way she did. Very hostile, rude, and aggressive!

I have been in anticipation of the opening of this location since I live much nearer to it than the 2521 Pasadena location. I like the self service kiosk a lot. First time using it and the customizations on it for some items I have never seen in the app before.
