Horrible service.. takes long to get someone to front to order. Theres 2 or 3 older hispanic ladies that basically run this place like they own it. Costumers want to use the restroom and they purposely wait to open it even though the restroom is vacant. They laugh at the situation and brush it off. This place needs a Distric Manager to come by and clean up house.

Here’s a draft for your review:

I had a terrible experience at Jack in the Box. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but what I received can hardly be called that. It was essentially a “chicken nugget sandwich” with one small, low-quality nugget, a tiny piece of wilted lettuce, and just a drop of mayonnaise. The taste was awful—it didn’t even resemble chicken, let alone a proper sandwich.

The store itself was equally disappointing. The interior is outdated, with old desks and chairs that make it uncomfortable to dine in. To top it off, the parking situation is terrible—there are only three spots available, which makes it inconvenient.

I would never recommend buying this sandwich, even if it were free. A very disappointing experience all around.

I recently visited Jack in the Box to order two Jr. Jacks, which I expected to be around $2 each. However, when I got to the window, the cashier (I believe her name was Vanessa) told me the total was $15. When I mentioned that I thought I’d ordered the less expensive burgers, she clarified that I had ordered regular burgers, not Jr. Jacks.

Things got awkward quickly when she loudly told the cook to make Jr. burgers instead. The cook audibly sighed in frustration, and Vanessa responded, “Yeah, I know.” It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer to witness this conversation.

On top of that, when I first arrived at the window, Vanessa seemed irritated, and there wasn’t a warm or polite greeting. Customer service was lacking overall, and the entire interaction left me disappointed. A bit of patience and kindness would go a long way.

Very good hamburger but still quite small like those of their competitor McDonald's. Drive + parking on site.

For the past three weeks that I passed through the drive-through at the same time at 4:17 they always say they’re not taking orders even if the drive-through is open 24 hours and then the stupid excuse they give me is the system is programming I work at fast food before it doesn’t do that. That means they’re lazy. They don’t wanna take no and then the manager act really retarded when you ask him questions about what’s going on. They never answer the phone so I’m gonna call corporate and I’m gonna let them know what’s going on. It doesn’t make sense that the drive-through is always closed at 4 o’clock in the morning if you guys have a 24 hour drive-through then when I told him I was calling culprit they’re like call him. I told him I was calling the manager. They say call them they know I was like all right. Been coming for the past 20 years.

I used to order in person but staff cannot understand my English, so I then try and order through the app and there is always a stuff up with this store at Pico-Robertson. I actually drive to other J-in-B because my kid really loves your food as a treat. This one is just abysmal. It should get taken over by new management or put out of business.
