I visited this Jack in the Box alone to order onion rings. I politely let the person in front of me order first. The cashier charged my card $18.50 instead of $4.09, without asking if we were together or giving me a receipt. When I returned, the manager accused me of trying to scam the restaurant, despite me clearly ordering only for myself. I was humiliated and treated unfairly. I eventually got a refund, but the experience was deeply unprofessional and disrespectful.
Walked here 20 mins just to find out they are closed at 3 am in wednesday
Everything was fine except the fries were dense and doughy.
Thank you Managers at Jack-in-the-Box for listening to my request the staff amazing the food hot as always and delicious and thank you for actually listening to my review. I really appreciate it.
Fast food place. I love their French toast sticks!
Good service. Quick. Food tasted good
I am done with this location. They do not do separate orders in one car. This makes the second person in the car have to get out and go inside to order their food. Very inconvenient. My last coke was mostly sparkling water. They must have forgotten to change the syrup package. Food is good but service and their policies need improvement.
Dirty restroom and minimal parking
Missing items and no napkins
Very nice service

Horrible service.. takes long to get someone to front to order. Theres 2 or 3 older hispanic ladies that basically run this place like they own it. Costumers want to use the restroom and they purposely wait to open it even though the restroom is vacant. They laugh at the situation and brush it off. This place needs a Distric Manager to come by and clean up house.

Here’s a draft for your review:
I had a terrible experience at Jack in the Box. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but what I received can hardly be called that. It was essentially a “chicken nugget sandwich” with one small, low-quality nugget, a tiny piece of wilted lettuce, and just a drop of mayonnaise. The taste was awful—it didn’t even resemble chicken, let alone a proper sandwich.
The store itself was equally disappointing. The interior is outdated, with old desks and chairs that make it uncomfortable to dine in. To top it off, the parking situation is terrible—there are only three spots available, which makes it inconvenient.
I would never recommend buying this sandwich, even if it were free. A very disappointing experience all around.
