Burger and mini tacos are always good and the service was good at this location. However, I went to use the (locked - need to be buzzed in) restroom and there was a partially undressed man taking a bath in the sink. Way to go California.

I just came through the driveway for the drive-through to get a soda. Soda machine was out was broken. OK that happens but what's up with the worker sorry I don't mean to be bothering you at work dude You don't like working there get the f out No one owes you anything this is 11:30 AM Friday I'm serious I'm tired of people who think I owe him something I don't know you Learn some manners anything dog have fun never being a millionaire without attitude. You seem like the type that would want to be a millionaire you just look at Instagram But let me teach you something that's not how it works attitude takes you pretty far. This is for the owner to read and the management man you make it 20 bucks an hour now good for you. Enjoy it. but don't act like the Customer owes you something that pissed me off

VERY TINY BURGERS. Haven't been here in a while but I used to eat here all the time so I ordered the jumbo Jack burger as usual and was surprised to see that it was not jumbo at all , in fact it was quite MINISCULE in size. THEY SHRANK THE DAM BURGER! they need to change the name from jumbo Jack to TINY Jack , Also the price is TRIPLE what it used to be , So they SHRINK the burger and TRIPLE the price. no thanks I'll NEVER eat here again

They need to hire people who speak English. They always mess up my order. Today I went and ordered a plain sandwich and she kept messing up what sandwich I wanted and I was watching what the order said on the screen until she got it right and they still gave me the wrong food. Ridiculous. they need to hire people who speak English. I can't even go back to complain because I'm at work.
