Went to this Jack in the ordered the 5 pc chicken strips through the drive thru there was no line and still couldn’t get the order right. Had to drive back for 10 min in traffic. Food was cold by the time I got home.

I am a Ride-share Driver and Mr Owner your workers behind the counter have for YEARS been rude to me and clearly others and have always opened the men’s restroom, for me. I am a mother of three grown children and if my own children acted anything like your workers I would have them paddle back to their country ASAP, with their smug rude faces. I will never buy anything there because they purposely put large egg shell pieces in my food.
