This place isn't as bad as the old reviews say. It was the cleanest Jack-in-the-Box I've been too apart from the bathroom (not too bad overall). The food was delicious and the fries were fresh and crispy. The staff was very friendly.

Lots of school kids hang out here and management could work on their customer service skills...almost $4 for a large drink is getting pretty steep but food is always good at least.....Kid-friendliness: This really is a kiddy hang out spot.....

they completely forgot to put my chicken nuggets in my bag and almost forgot to give me my drinks and for some reason they keep making me drive back in their drive
If we could give less then one star we would. Thanks to the rudest worker I have ever encountered in my life! Piece of sh*t. He refused us service because he couldn't hear through the intercom and my friend repeated himself multiple times calmly and kindly. The rude man said "stop speaking like that speak right you don't know how to speak I'm not fucking taking your order" first of all no. Imagine if someone with some sort of speech impediment came through the drive through and you pulled this shit. My friend is the sweetest person ever and does not deserve this kind of treatment no one does. It made me so sad to have him be talked to that way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
